Bluescreen BugCheck 1000007E
Witam .Mam problem z laptopem HP Compaq Presarioc C792EW.System Windows XP.Pojawiają się Bluescreen-y.W folderze minidump mam aż pięć plików z zapisanymi błedami.Czy może ktoś pomóc w rozwiązaniu problemu?:(

Wydaje się że problemem jest jakieś urządzenie podpięte pod USB, wymień wszystko co jest podłączone.

Tak.Awięc zajmuję sie naprawą telefonów komórkowych .Urządzenie to box servisowy SETOOL 3Box.Ale to nie są wszystkie logi które mam zapisane .Zaraz dam resztę.

Gdy mam zainstalowny Windows XP +SP 3 to przy instalowaniu włanie tego box-u wyrzuca bluescreena -a dokładnie przy instalowaniu jednego ze sterowników.Ale gdy mam Windows XP+SP2 to nie wyrzuca bluescreena.Pózniej moge doinstalować SP3 i jest ok.

Gdy mam zainstalowny Windows XP +SP 3 to przy instalowaniu włanie tego box-u wyrzuca bluescreena -a dokładnie przy instalowaniu jednego ze sterowników.Ale gdy mam Windows XP+SP2 to nie wyrzuca bluescreena.Pózniej moge doinstalować SP3 i jest ok.

Wcześniejsze błędy wskazywały na urządzenie podpięte pod USB, jeśli odepniesz sprzęt i jest ok to wiesz co jest problemem.
To wskazuje na sterownik od grafiki intela najprawdopodobniej, tak więc przeinstaluj go na inną wersję.

Te od grafiki wyskoczyły przy oglądaniu filmu.A te od USB przy instalowaniu sterownika od box-u servisowego.Skąd mogę wziąść te sterowniki do grafiki?

pobierz program Aida32.
Otwórz program -> Komputer -> Podsumowanie -> spisz informacje z pozycji:
-> Nazwa płyty głównej
-> Mikroukład płyty głównej
-> Karta graficzna
Jeśli Aida nie pokaże nazwy płyty sprawdz ją w programie cpu-z zakładka mainboard

Sterowniki instaluj, gdy urządzenie jest odłączone od USB.
Podłącz je dopiero po zainstalowaniu sterowników, lub wtedy, gdy instalator poprosi o podłączenie.
Jeżeli przeinstalowanie sterowników do karty graficznej nie rozwiąże problemu z blue screenem podczas odtwarzania filmów zmień kodeki na inne, polecam -> Dostępne tylko dla zarejestrowanych użytkowników
Przed instalacją nowego pakietu kodeków należy odinstalować obecne.

"odłączone od USB" Sęk w tym ,że urządzenie instaluje sie dopiero po podłączeniu pod USB.Inaczej sie nie zainstaluje.
