witam,
w trakcie pracy na dokumencie wordowskim, przy otwartym dokumencie pdf pojawil sie niebieski ekrak, komputer sie wylaczyl, po wlaczeniu dostalam nastepujacy komunikat:

ale nie moge otworzyc pliku dmp bo nie mam uprawnien administratora (chociaz jestem jedynym wlascicielem komputera :( )
spakowalam plik ale nie wiem jak go dolaczyc zeby byl w poscie

Jak będziesz uruchamiał WinDBG kliknij prawym przyciskiem i uruchom jako administrator , potem ctrl + D i wybierasz plik obrazu , zadziała , wklej.

Problemem jest avast, więc odinstaluj go chwilowo i sprawdz czy pomoże.
