Blue screeny i wszelkiego rodzaju blędy

Witam. Mam dosyć bardzo upierdliwy problem związany z moim komputerem, od pewnego czasu narastają się błędy, zacięcia a nawet blue screeny. Oto parametry mojego komputera:

System: Windows XP
Płyta Główna: Gigabyte GA-7VT600P-RZ(C)
Procesor: AMD Sempron 2800+ 2.00 GHz 1 Rdzeń
1Gb Ramu
Karta Grafiki: nVIDIA GeForce 6200 AGP
Dysk Twardy 80GB

Komputer skanowałem Avast 7.0, 1 wirus. Usunięty trojan.
Komputer wyczyściłem CCleanerem
Komputer czyściłem w środku od kurzu w ta zimę.
Czyściłem kosze, usuwałem nie potrzebne pliki, wyczyściłem zawartość C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\
Oraz wyczyściłem go jeszcze ComboFixem. Oto logi:

Po blue screenie raport z błędami dotyczyły plików Mini oraz sysdata.xml
Blue screen najczęściej występuje podczas gry w lola. W pojedynku 5vs5 2 razy w ciągu 1 meczu.
Temperatura karty graficznej doszła maksymalnie do 85stopni. Sprawdzane programem.
Blue screen czasami potrafi wyskoczyć nawet kiedy nic nie robię na komputerze. Do tego potrafi się tak masakrycznie zaciąć że tylko reset pomaga.
Dodam, ze gra League of Legends na najniższych detalach podczas rozgrywki 3vs3 nie ścina mi się nawet minimalnie, a jednak blue screen czasem wystąpi. na 4 mecze 2 razy.

Prosiłbym o pomoc i porady. Tak wiem, że to bardzo stary piecyk. Jednak nie mam chwilowo pieniędzy na nowego.
Jeśli to istotne, posiadam Service Pack 2.0
Zasilacz wymieniany był pół roku temu.

Temperatura karty graficznej doszła maksymalnie do 85stopni. Sprawdzane programem.

Karta posiada wentylator czy chłodzenie pasywne ?

Podaj odczyty temperatur z programu => Dostępne tylko dla zarejestrowanych użytkowników (screen okna programu)

Zainstaluj program => Dostępne tylko dla zarejestrowanych użytkowników, którym dokonasz odczytu plików DMP.
Po otwarciu progam automatycznie zlokalizuje pliki DMP. Zaznacz plik i wybierz:
File => Save Selected Items
Wklej tutaj raport lub raporty, jeżeli plików jest więcej.
Możesz również wkleić screen ekranu głównego programu.

Zasilacz wymieniany był pół roku temu.

Z jakiego powodu był wymieniany ?
Jaki obecnie posiadasz ?
