Problem udało mi się rozwiązać !!!

Trzeba wejść (dla Win 7):
Windows/System32/drivers/etc/hosts
kliknąć dwa razy na hosts i wybrać notatnik do otwarcia zawartości, następnie edycja, zaznacz wszystko i usuń

Następnie trzeba skopiować ten wpis domyślny hosta i przez Notatnik wkleić do host. Potem Zapisz.

Wejdź do Internet Explorer i wyczyść historię przeglądania. I tak w każdej przegladarce (jeśli masz ich więcej) trzeba wyczyścić historię.
Restart i gotowe.

Problem polegał na wpisie do hosta (modyfikację hosta) przez jakiś wirus lub inne dziadostwo.
