Pendrive Samsung Flash Drive DUO

Witam.
Pendrive wcześniej był uyżwany z tv Philips 48PFH5500/88 AndroidTV.
Ostatnio gdy chciałem zatrzymać program pokazał się napis, że TV musi przygotować pamięć zewnętrzną i nic się nie działo. Nie da się go sformatować z poziomu tv.
W komputerze pendrive jest wykrywalny ale nie da się na niego wejść ani sformatować.
Proszę o pomoc

wczoraj dla próby na szybkiego chciałem zobaczyć czy aplikacja mi wykrywa pendrive i ładnie mi go znalazła. Dzisiaj natomiast jak już chciałem coś z nim zrobić odmówiła posłuszeństwa i przestała go widzieć

Spróbowałem inna wersją aplikacji i wykryło mi pena ale coś mało podaje o nim inf.
Aktualnie używam windowsa 10 ma to może jakieś znaczenie?
